This site is a combination of a bunch of things.
First, it is a blog for my semi-random thoughts and ideas about things related to law, business, politics, economics, and society.
Second, it is a collection of posts I’ve written for other blogs that no longer exist, including the University of Minnesota’s Institute for Law and Politics Blog, which I wrote from 2007-2008, and a personal blog I had called CitizenNext, which I wrote in 2009.
